Items currently available in our Vancouver warehouse are processed within 24–48 business hours and typically delivered within 1–7 business days after shipment, depending on location.

We can support custom items for events or campaigns. Please contact us early for unique product ideas and pricing (4 to 6 weeks).

Delivery schedule
Orders will be shipped daily between Monday and Friday, from 9 to 5 pm, excluding statutory holidays. If you have special delivery requirements, such as your location being closed on Mondays. Please add the note to the cart "Order instructions" field. Or please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping options
Available shipping options will be shown at checkout:
- Standard shipping: 1–9 business days after shipment
- Express shipping: 1–2 business days (additional cost applies)
Please note that all orders require 24–48 business hours for processing before shipment, and shipping times depend on location.
Delivery may vary due to courier updates, the delivery location, and the size of the shipment. Orders ship from our Vancouver warehouse.
Local pickup
You may choose local pickup for in-stock items when available. Orders can be picked up in person during regular business hours with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice once the order is confirmed.
Urgent orders
If your order is time-sensitive, please place the order and note your required in-hand date in the order comments at checkout. As a secondary step, you may also contact us to flag the urgency.
All orders require processing time; however, we’ll do our best to support your timeline where possible.

Checkout & Billing
What information do I need to complete an order?
On the cart page, you’ll first be asked whether the order is for personal use or for a team.
- Personal purchases: No additional information is required — you can proceed directly to checkout.
- Team or corporate purchases: You’ll be asked to enter your company billing code, team code, and GL code at the cart stage.
At checkout, you’ll then confirm your shipping details and select your payment method, including the option to be billed on account for corporate orders.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Personal orders can be paid by credit card. Corporate orders are billed monthly to Vancity Accounting based on the team or branch code entered at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipment size, address, and delivery timeline. For large orders or tight deadlines, please contact us in advance.

What if there is an issue with my order when it arrives?
We stand behind our merchandise. If there is a quality or service issue, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.
