Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if there are any issues.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 calendar days of receipt at vancitystore@fairware.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.
All return or replacement requests must be reviewed and approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
As this store is intended for internal ordering and many products are produced or allocated specifically for Vancity, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing (please review size charts before ordering. Sizing exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis; see the Exchanges section below.)
- Excess quantities ordered
Made-to-order or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.
Exchanges
If an exchange is approved (e.g., sizing or other special cases), additional shipping or restocking fees may apply.
To request an exchange, please email vancitystore@fairware.com with your order details and reason for the exchange. All exchanges must be approved via email prior to visiting our Fairware showroom (178 W 3rd Ave, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1E9). Walk-ins without prior approval may not be accommodated. We aim to respond within the same business day or 24 hours.
